Live plants require special handling. This policy explains what to expect before ordering and what to do if an order arrives damaged or incorrect.

Because we sell live plants, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery or pickup. Plants are living products whose condition can change after they leave our care because of weather, handling, watering, sunlight, planting conditions, and other factors outside our control.
If a shipped plant arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:
We will review the information and determine an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances and available inventory, a resolution may include replacement, store credit, or refund. A specific outcome is not guaranteed until the claim is reviewed.
Customers may inspect local-pickup plants at the time of pickup. Once a plant has been accepted and leaves the pickup location, the sale is final except when the wrong plant was provided.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. Approved cancellations may be subject to payment-processing fees that are not returned to us by the payment provider.
Carrier delays and severe weather can affect live-plant shipments. We may delay shipment when conditions are likely to place the plant at unnecessary risk. Delays caused by the carrier do not automatically qualify an order for a refund, but documented plant damage should still be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
We provide healthy plants and practical growing information, but we cannot guarantee future growth, flowering, fruiting, or survival after delivery or pickup. Results depend on climate, sunlight, water, soil, containers, trellis support, transplanting, pests, and ongoing care.
