A single passion fruit vine inspired a Florida State Registered Nursery dedicated to cultivating premium passion fruit plants, expanding specialty varieties, and helping growers succeed.
From One Vine to a Specialty Nursery
John’s Passion Fruit Express began with a single passion fruit plant that was small enough to fit in John’s hand. What looked like a simple little plant became something much bigger once it was given steady attention, the right support, and consistent care.
John tended to that plant season after season, training the vine, protecting new growth, and learning what it needed to thrive. Over time, that one vine stretched across the yard and eventually filled the entire perimeter, producing years and years of healthy passion fruit.
The harvest became something to share with friends and family. What started as one plant turned into conversations, fresh fruit, cuttings, new vines, and a family love for growing passion fruit the natural way.
Today, that experience defines John’s Passion Fruit Express. Our registered nursery cultivates greenhouse-grown passion fruit varieties for nationwide starter-plant shipping, local pickup, scheduled local delivery, and growers seeking dependable guidance after purchase.

How We Grow Today
Our greenhouse growing programs are managed with close, consistent attention. Plants are inspected frequently, moisture is monitored through Florida heat, airflow is maintained, growth stages are organized, and tendrils are managed before they attach to neighboring vines.
That daily attention helps us prepare 4-inch starter plants for shipping and larger 1-gallon or 3-gallon plants for local pickup and eligible delivery.
